To minimize their time coordinating the event, Elite hired Encoré Event Planning. Encoré worked closely with the Elite Team to make this event something to celebrate…health and wellness.

This event wasn't just about Elite, it was important to them to promote life-long health and wellness. Together, we created a Fitness Challenge with the winners being announced at the Business After Hours Event. This six-week challenge included six, two-man teams from are businesses.

Encoré coordinated all the details pertaining to the event, allowing Elite to concentrate on their guests. Our plan included:
• Coordinated and managed all expenses for the event
• Researched and emailed the "Tip of the Day" to each Fitness Challenge team member to help remind them daily of the challenge
• Coordinated the meeting for the team challengers
• Coordinated the room flow, with a Welcome Table for the Oshkosh Chamber and exhibit space for the co-sponsors of the event
• Theme and decor for the event
• Entertainment and interactive games for attendees
• Coordinated the food and presentation of food and beverages including waitstaff and linen service
• Developed a special menu including a sushi chef, fruit kabobs, and other healthy refreshments for attendees
• Established an sgenda for welcome and announcements
• Assisted in determining the number of staff needed and directed them in necessary tasks
• Created and assembled giveaway bags for attendees
• Created prize packages for winners of challenge
